My mom and I recently had the pleasure of working with Ox Strong Moving, when they helped us pack up and move my mom from her house of 30+ years into a senior living community. From our initial contact with John, then Jake, to working with our crew of Pedro, Atiba, AJ, Elin, and Elian, I can honestly say they all exceeded our expectations! From the moment I booked the service, their customer support was very helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and providing useful information to make the moving process as smooth as possible. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to work. They were professional, efficient, and handled my mom’s belongings with care. They managed to pack everything quickly and securely, making sure nothing was damaged in transit. What truly stood out to me, however, was their friendly attitude and excellent communication throughout the entire move.
