You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive messages is not required to purchase our services.

Program Description:

Ox Strong Moving and its authorized service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver SMS text messages and/or calls to provide you with information about upcoming appointments, estimates, move confirmations, updates, promotions, community events, or other Ox Strong Moving services and offerings.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Ox Strong Moving. You will typically receive up to five (5)promotional messages per month, plus service-related notifications for estimates, bookings, and job confirmations. Non-marketing messages (e.g., move reminders, follow-ups) may occur as needed to complete your service request.

Cost:

Message and data rates may apply. Ox Strong Moving does not charge for sending or receiving SMS text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates may apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for details.

Supported Carriers:

Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Participation is subject to carrier availability.

How to Opt-In:

You may opt in to receive text messages from Ox Strong Moving when requesting a quote, scheduling a move, or signing up via any of our website forms or marketing campaigns.

How to Opt-Out:

To stop receiving text messages from Ox Strong Moving, text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a confirmation text verifying your opt-out. To resume receiving messages, you may text “START” at any time.

Your Mobile Telephone Number:

You affirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the mobile phone number(s) provided. You agree to promptly notify Ox Strong Moving if your phone number changes.
