Julian, Connor, and Jorge were all amazing the day of the move. I undoubtedly had a TON of items and they didn’t seem fazed at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to be here. They truly worked their butts off to help me and were careful with all my items.Thank you as well to the amazing office staff who were able to answer all of my questions prior to the move, no matter how silly they seemed. Professional, Assertive and Affordable. I reached out two Isaiah about two weeks prior to my clients move. I didn’t have the exact date at the time just a tentative schedule. Isaiah persistently followed up with to see if he could help facilitate a time for the move and assured me things would go smoothly. On the day of the move the team came out on time. Do you know what makes moving suck less? Ox Strong Moving!!! The entire experience, from booking, to check-ins, to the day of, was expertly executed. Ox must have a really good screening and training program because in my 10+ moves I've never met a more professional team of movers. They took great care of our things and hour home. Louis and Aiden from Ox Strong Moving arrive right on time, ready to tackle the task at hand. Little did we know, we were in for a moving experience like no other.As they started loading up the truck, things took a turn for the unexpected. Suddenly, a massive thunderstorm rolled in out of nowhere, with rain coming down in sheets and wind gusts that felt like a hurricane. Most people would've called it quits, but not Ox Strong Moving.Instead of panicking, these guys kicked it into high gear. They wrapped everything up in tarps and plastic to protect it from the elements and then proceeded to carry on with the move like it was just another day at the office. Watching them maneuver furniture through the pouring rain was like witnessing a scene from an action movie. But here's where it gets really crazy. Just as they were about to load the last few items onto the truck, a bolt of lightning struck a nearby tree, sending branches flying everywhere. It was like something out of a disaster movie, but somehow, the Ox Strong Moving team remained calm and collected. Without missing a beat, they secured the remaining items, hustled them onto the truck, and got everything to its destination without a scratch. By the time the storm passed, they had completed the move like absolute pros, leaving us in awe of their dedication and determination. In the end, what could have been a total disaster turned into a memorable adventure, all thanks to the super-crazy skills of Ox Strong Moving. If you want movers who can handle anything Mother Nature throws their way (and then some), these guys are the ones to call. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
